You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please email us at service@yumiere.com to begin your return journey. If your return is approved, we'll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Clear instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first won't be accepted.
π Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect every piece with care and intention, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We'll do everything we can to make it right and ensure your crystal finds its way to you in perfect condition.
π« Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale"

π Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way to find your perfect crystal match is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures you get exactly what calls to your spirit.
πͺπΊ EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it β no questions asked. As with other returns, the item must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
πΈ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take extra time to process and post refunds.
